"Creating peace on Earth one fountain at a time." |

Custom Work - West Deptford Public Library | |
|
This project came about from a landscape architect named Matt Cosenza, who owns the firm Amazing Tree in New Jersey. Matt was doing an installation in a courtyard of the library all in flagstone with copper tones. His wife suggested that a copper fountain would relate perfectly. After scouring the net they stumbled upon me and instantly fell in love with my work. A couple of emails and phone calls later, and the custom fountain for the library was beginning to take form. |

This fountain carried with it a great honor, as it was to be the gift and marker for the resting place of the gentleman who was a major benefactor to the library. The fountain is to represent the surrounding flag stone righted, and held upright upon each other’s mass. To me it is an organic marker of a sacred site. I feel blessed that my fountain will now be the music for eternity and that those of us still on earth will be able to take a minute and to enjoy the great gifts that this gentleman left behind to his neighbors. |

This was a very large fountain with a basin 7’x 5’. It was a great project and allowed me to play with some new design concepts I had been thinking about. This fountain has multiple water feeds all being powered by a singular pump. This is my first grouping fountain, and I’m sure it wont be my last. |
